We don’t offer in-house printing or mailing services, we focus exclusively on design. However, we are happy to recommend a trusted print partner. With bespoke wedding stationery or templates, a full set of print-ready files will be sent to you, along with a detailed printing guide. You can then contact our recommenced print partners or another printer of your choosing and send them your files. Printers should be able to help guide you through paper options, quantities and extra details such as lined envelope or calligraphy if desired.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your spot in the schedule. Due to limited availability for custom stationery projects, failing to make a deposit could result in losing your spot in the schedule or delaying the outlined timeline. The final payment is due after approval of final sketches before final designs are sent.

Most couples send their invitations 3-6 months before the wedding and 6-9 months for destination weddings. After working with us, printing and assembly can take 2-4 weeks depending on printing methods and production time. We usually recommend inquiring at least 2-3 months before you would like to begin printing. It is best to inquire as early as possible to ensure a spot on our calendar that allows extra time in case of revisions or unexpected delays. However, we can be flexible to accommodate some tight schedules.

Yes, we offer ready to print templates, fully editable in Canva. You can change all the text, fonts, and some colors to match your theme. They’re available as digital downloads and are perfect if you’re after something beautiful and flexible but more budget-friendly.

We don’t need your final menu or complete details to create the designs. As long as you’ve chosen your venue, aesthetic, and have a rough idea of the event structure, we can get started. You will be able to add or adjust the text later using your editable templates in Canva.

The process begins when you select a package that fits your celebration and fill out the inquiry form. You will then receive an email with a welcome guide and we will discuss your stationery needs, timelines, and pricing, to ensure we are a good fit for this project.

After this, you will receive a project proposal, contract, and a link for your deposit (50%).

Once you have accepted your proposal and contract, and pay the deposit, we will begin the onboarding phase. In this phase, I am looking to get as much information as I can to help design the wedding stationery of your dreams. I will start by having you fill out a questionnaire. We will also book an inspiration call where we will discuss your questionnaire answers, go over your mood board, and discuss your stationery needs in depth. We will talk about your unique love story, your event, color palette, theme, imagery, and anything else that is important to you.

After this, I will begin creating your sketches. I will create a design deck that will feature sketches for each of your stationery pieces and information regarding color palette, dimensions, layouts, etc.

Once the sketches are approved, I will hand-paint/draw, scan, and create your final stationery designs. You will have 2 rounds of revisions included to provide feedback.

Once the final designs are approved, the second 50% of payment is due. After this is paid, your high resolution ready-to-print files will be delivered. I will also send you a print guide with my printing suggestions and instructions on how to edit your files if needed. You will be able to edit any text in Canva in case any changes arise before printing.
